Anchor Bands for Nursery (An Essential component in Responsible Nursery Management)

Anchor Bands offer a "SET & FORGET" approach to  plant training in the nursery.

Importantly, they "DON'T NEED TO BE ADJUSTED" because they are highly elastic they will expand as the plant grows. Ties that require ADJUSTING as the plant grows are OFTEN TOO TIGHT or TOO LOOSE.  Simply the adjustment (knobs or links) DON'T CORRESPOND WITH TENSION REQUIRED.

Given above Anchor Bands SAVES TIME & LABOUR and at half the cost per tie of its main competitor.

Anchor Bands are SOFT ON PLANTS with no hard fixing knobs to cause wounds & entry points for harmful pathogens.

Anchor Bands "BREAK-DOWN" after 12-18 months depending on UV exposure.  This SAFEGUARD prevents the plant out growing the stretching ability of the Anchor Band.  Permanent ties often end up causing tremendous damage to plants if not removed or adjusted. Such ties are to be AVOIDED.

Provides EXCELLENT GRIP in a vertical fixing position Anchor Bands are ideal. where most ties tend to slip down the plant.  Will GRIP WIRE TRELLIS where most plastic ties will not (see photo 5).  This method is useful to support potted plants in windy conditions.

Available in a RANGE OF SIZES you'll find an Anchor Band to suit most nursery situations.
